To all my fellow southern california peeps this May Grey and soon to come June Gloom , PLEASE still apply your SPF daily .

Believe it or NOT you can get a NASTY sunburn on these days just like a day on the mountains skiing/snowboarding. 

So my point is SPF daily no matter what the weather appears to be ITS NOT!!!

acne/breakouts

ive helped many with acne breakouts, scars etc

few things that i found that works well is 

cleanse skin am/pm ONLY [as NOT to  dry skin out DRY DRY sends a signal to the dermis to create more oil.

use aloe [CLEAR ONLY} not green or blue too many chemicals . easy to find at trader joes although i prefer epicuren's aloe has enzymes to heal the skin 

SPF daily no matter what the weather or where you live

and ready NEOSPORIN the original on breakouts DOESNT seem possible but it heals it quickly ususally apply at night before bed

last try NOT to pick!!!
